Data Hosting: All database records (portfolios, watchlists, account metadata) are stored on Google Cloud Firebase servers inside the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Firebase is compliant with major certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3.
Data Encryption: All data in transit between the client applications (web portal/mobile app) and the backend is encrypted using high-grade SSL/TLS. Data stored on Firestore and Firebase Storage is encrypted at rest using Google Cloud's keys.
Access Controls & Isolation: Database records are strictly isolated using Firebase Security Rules, ensuring that users can only read or write their own documents. Access to live user data is restricted to the platform operator solely for customer support.
Payment Compliance: Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider, ensuring the highest standards of credit card safety.
